Cannot track the parcel, using my ID

On the 2nd or 9th march went 2 daveyton sapo to fecth the parcels and the line was long i decided to ask the teller if all parcels are at branch or not as sapo was on strike, and she confirmed that all parcel are at branch I waited on the line for an hour when i get to the lady she told me that my parcel is still at Hub, i was furious at her because she said all parcel are delivered. 23 march i returned to sapo to collect the parcel, Portia Mosotho a rude lady with no customer service, i explained the problem to her and i didn't have the tracking number by then but i had my ID and she told me that she wont be able to assist me, with a high pitch tone, very rude.
THE LADY NEEDS TO ATTEND A CUSTOMER SERVICE SHORT COURSE, in order for her to work effectively and efficiently with customers.
I need a written apology from her. PORTIA MOSOTHO IS VERY VERY RUDE!!!
