Coricraft fails miserably AGAIN

We purchased a coach from Coricraft and requested it to be inspected as the quality is terrible. I sent Penny, who deals with customer care in Johannesburg an e-mail about my concerns during October 2013 which she never had the decency or courtesy of replying to. I explained to her that the couch was faulty as the cushioning and supporting features had given way and that there was a clear indent in the corner of the coach. I then decided to call the branch manager in Centurion, I Wolmarans and were promises made about doing an assessment. I then started corresponding with Claudette and was an inspection suppose to be have done 11 December 2013 at 09H30. Nobody arrived and did I take it up with Claudette who undertook to resolve the issue. That night at 17H30 I received a call from Coricraft saying they wanted to do the assessment, which did not suit me as our arrangement was for that morning. "Surprisingly" nothing has happened since. Coricraft do not know anything about customer service or satisfaction and am I considering referring this matter to the Consumer Council and Ombud in the new year.
