Coricraft responds and actions it

I placed a lengthly complaint (SC 13751) regarding the failure of products purchased at Coricraft on hellopeter. The Customer Care Manager responded and actioned the replacement of the products effectively with the assistance of Claudette (Post Order Control) and Stembiso Ndima (who was especially effective and efficient in responding to the matter in hand).
The experience has regained some confidence in Coricraft service and products.
