Bad experience from CTM Springs

We have done alot of business with CTM Springs. At a previous occasion we bought a "Close Couple" Toilet set. The set sat in storage for almost a year before installation. After installation, the toilet showed a definite factory defect where a huge crack was in the P-trap and could only be detected after installation because of water leakage. The toilet was returned to CTM but was answered by a shrug of the shoulders and we were told that, if the toilet and cistern were still in the original package, something could be done a refund of the cost of almost R1000 was bluntly refused! we had no alternative but to accept this! A new complete toilet had to be bought at full price. You can imagine our disappointment in this attitude from a company who assures replacement, refund or repair of any defects!!
Today, we went to CTM to buy two bathroom cabinets and looked at the possibility of purchasing almost 40 sq. meters of wooden flooring strolling through the whole of CTM with absolute NO service offered!! Now this is proof of poor customer service we have ever experienced!
