Poor Quality and No Response for a Second Time

I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Coricraft as they had to replace our couch inners for both our brand new couches within 3 months of purchasing them. We had the replacements delivered and within a month the new inners looked old and flat. I dealt with the customer care manager who wasn't overly friendly with regards to helping us resolve the issue. Due to the new inners doing the same thing I asked that something be done about this recurring issue or we want a refund. I got told from Claudette that she would replace it with a new foam and I accepted this option. I have been waiting a month and a half for a response from her and still there is nothing. I regret buying from Coricraft and judging from the complaints it seems so do many others. Avoid them and take your money elsewhere!
