Reading the horror stories about Coricraft on Hellopeter made me scared to purchase the Afrique couch my wife has been wanting for so long, but we decided to proceed regardless.
The horror story then decided to come true though and upon delivery the delivery team managed to scratch my couch and damage it further when removing the plastic from the feet. I sent the couch back and immediately sent an e-mail voicing my dissatisfaction with Coricraft. I was preparing myself for a month long battle and was on the offensive. What happened after that was contrary to what I expected.
A new couch was delivered to my house 5 days later. I picked up on another small issue and informed Ryno Schoeman after which he made arrangements to sort that out as well. I was treated with respect, firstly by Hannes Raats, the sales person and then Claudette van Loggerenberg and of course Ryno.
Coricraft, you have gained a customer for life and I will support you going forward and tell people how good you were to me. Thank you for keeping your word, that means more to me than your great products.
