On the 3rd of December 2013, we purchased a 7 piece patio set from the Clearwater Mall Branch. They advised us that the table was availabe, but the chairs which we requested in brown was unavailable. The branch then contacted the Key West branch who advised they had the chairs and would send them to us. We waited till last week Friday 13 December and still no call from Game. We approached the store manager, who had then advised us that the chairs had been sold to someone else, but he promised to sort the matter out and give us a call first thing Saturday morning. Till now, no phone call has been received!!! Firstly, again you advertise the same patio set in your paper, knowing full well you have no available stock!!! Secondly, we waisted 3 WEEKS on something we could have purchased elsewhere. Friday we waited almost an hour for someone to tell us what was happening!!! You have our money, which was paid through to you on the 3rd of December, you to us over and over again, and you have no common courtousy to phone your customers regarding their purchases. I will take this issue to the highest level and make it public news!!!
