I had a query with customer service as I have closed my account, they were not very helpful and I decided to pop in by the above store they tried to assist me to the best of their ability, they even went to sportsence to see if they could assist me with a mini statement on my ID number as I have taken my account out there. I would have expected to be sent their on my own but not with the staff at this branch. I really appreciate the customer service received and would like to bring it to the companies attention. The two staff members where Nolan and Nadira.
