I called in to Credit Customer assist (0861 292 273) today on the number given to me by the staff at your regular contact number (0860000123)

I held on for 27 minutes trying to get a statement for my account. Does nobody in your entire banking institution know what Credit Customer Assist is. I pay a decent amount of money towards it every month and have never ever received a statement.

The final straw was when i was 'put through to cheque accounts' i landed up at Direct Axis! Now how does this happen

PLEASE JUST GET SOMEONE FROM CREDIT CUSTOMER ASSIST TO CONTACT ME SO I CAN GET A STATEMENT
