Purchased a Viscopedic base and mattress valued at R11000 on 30 November 2013. Promised that the items will be delivered within 5 working days. on querying non-receipt of my goods, it was found that the address was changed by "someone" and therefore goods delivered to Edenvale. I was accused by the supplier in PE, Maryke van Heerden of changing the address (NOT). a further week has past with numerous phone calls from me to the Head office and retail outlet and I still do not have what i paid for. So they have my money, but are not giving any urgency to delivering my goods. I was treated unprofessionally by the store manager and by the Head Office staff in PE. I have no words to describe the lack of care and concern being given to me as a paying customer. my emails have been ignored and no one has the decency to apologise for their mistake and find an immediate solution to make up for their mistake.
