We bought over R66000 of bathroom goods when they delivered it was after hours and they made a subcontractor on the property sign for goods that were not even delivered. No one phoned us to say we are delivering like it was arranged for the monday morning they pitched up after 6pm. They then sent somebody back to my house 3 days later and removed some of the items that were origanally delivered who on earth does something like that. They got in by telling the painting company that i sent them there i mean no phone call no nothing!!! Now there are items over R5000 missing with no answers to where they are. Now i went there yesterday at 14h00 i spoke to Russel and he told me he will call me back in 1 hour. I had to call him this morning at 10h00 to find out what is happening and he is the head of customer service whats wrong with this picture. He told me no the items were delivered and is passing the buck onto someone else. I recommend that you do not buy from them as they have a dont care attitude and are not willing to help.
