It has been over 2 months since the driver of a LEWIS BAKKIE, May I add that the compan's branding is on this vehicle, that a reckless driver damaged my car. LEWIS has not bothered to get in contact with me. My claim is taking over 2 Months so far and I have been given no feedback. This type of service is not expected from such a supposedly reputable company.
I cannot begin to describe my level of frustration I now have to drive around with my car NOT FIXED and this will probably continue till next year as LEWIS is not bothered to do anything about it. I don't know how far I have to go before some one eventaully handles, settles and responds with the recovery of my claim. I am eagerly anticipating a response!!!
