Good Day,
I went to the store on the 2nd of November to purchase goods and everything went well until the contract was finalised.
The problem is they have not delivered any good of the goods and they told me that I will be contact about the progress and delivery arrangements so far I have not received any calls and the amount of airtime that i have wasted trying to find out what is going on is shocking.
At the end of the day all I receive is attitude from the staff who deals with this issue, lack of customer service and professionalism. if the goods were not available that was suppose to be communicated upfront.
Service is very important to customers and failing to address this today and deliver my goods I will take further actions as you are not aware of your customer's rights as I have made countless calls, emails but further than that no one seem to address this.
