Did I pay for 1/2 a 'good quality' sleeper couch?

End 201301 I bought a sleeper couch through Groupon at Cielo Lifestyle. I received feedback that said couch would be delivered withing 3-4 weeks. I waited patiently and finally the couch was delivered. I came home, opened up the box and started to assemlbe only to discover that the foot pieces were missing. I called Cielo lifestyle on 2 occasions and was infomed to send an email (I requested to which address and both the persons I spoke with confirmed that I could send to the same address I sent my delivery address confirmation to). After a few days of no feedback I checked the Cielo site and found another email address which I included in my follow up email. That afternoon I came home and was given a message to call someone (I forget her name) at Cielo. This lady informed me- snootilily- that I had sent the email to the wrong address and that was why I had not received any feedback. She continued saying that their delivery service was done for the day but that she would inform them and that the missing pieces would be delivered within 3-4 working days - TODAY IS DAY 4. My couch is standng on the floor being ruined. How hard do I need to beg for a complete couch - AS WAS PAID FOR?
