Giving Online ordering a bad name

Cielo Lifestyle were very quick to send me pictures and options with an invoice for goods within literally hours, my client paid for the goods and they were shipped and delivered from Cpt to Jhb within 48 hours. All 6 chairs arrived in the most shocking state of damage. When contacted I was referred to Customer Care, it thereafter took me 2 weeks of constant emails and phone calls to try to get someone to call me back to resolve the issue.

My client opted for a refund, and weeks later still no response. On finally getting in touch with the Sales manager Dieter I stated that we would not return the chairs until a refund is done, his response 'they have a policy' of receiving goods back and then 7 - 10 working days for my money back. On stating that this would be fine had I not waited weeks for a response, I was promised in writing by Dieter that the refund would happen within 24 hours of collection, its now over a week later and still nothing - And do you think I can get a hold of him! Spineless who can't even speak to me and give me a solution or action the refund. Disgusted!
