So I wrote a report on Furniture City on 23 January about my TV that had to go for repairs, and since then only received 2 calls from. All I get is "they are working on it" or "the store manager can't give me an answer, I'll get back to you" and of course, noone gets back to you.
I have now been without a TV for 3weeks when your sales people PROMISED me it would not take longer than 2weeks.
SERIOUSLY Furniture City, how much worse is it going to get?!
Or do we have to wait for 6 months for our TV like we had to wait for our stand - that we were paying for while we didn't have it!
Could this just come to en end as in yesterday!
