I don't know how many time I've requested for the branch to cancel my insurance account with African Bank as I'm still paying for this service which I don't need. All details was sent to Salimina and it was promised by her and her manager that the account in terms of the insurance would be taken off my account and that the money would be paid towards my account. Up to today this is not the case and im still paying for the insurance which I already have with Integrisure under my house content.
This is to confirm that I have been receiving bad service WORSE SERVICE EVER from furniture city and this has been ever since I've taken furniture from this store - from delivery of product purchase and all -just everything with this store. Worse store ever to be noted on the South African books.
