I sent my lawnmower in on the 24/11/2013 as it was cutting out all the time.
Since then, we have made a total of 12 calls to Makro Repair Department to get a status update, only to be told they have to check with the repair agent and phone us back. Not one phone call back. I even tried getting the manager in the phone, no luck, they kept putting me though to wrong departments.
Makro, I am very upset by the terrible service you have provided and hope you take action on this matter as I will be broadcasting this to all to see as a warning.
