I returned a faulty lawnmower and LED TV to Makro Amanzimtoti 2 months after they were both purchased. After kicking up a fuss I was credited and took another TV. The lawnmower I was told It would take 21 days to repair (nevermind my lawn is trimmed every 4 days) and they do not supply temporary machines. I was given the "Headoffice" telephone number which routed to a lazy consult at the Alberton branch instead. I am now going on 2 weeks and no communcation at all. So I call the (031) telephone number on my Makro till slip. Suprisingly - it's INVALID. I go to the website and dial the (086) number for Makro Toti and that too is INVALID!
Catch a wake up Makro! You give customers shoddy service and still make it double the effort to contact you regarding my purchases!!
