I visited your Game Boksburg store on 23 December the store was very busy and it would be understandable if service levels were adversely affected during these peak periods my experience was completely opposite every where I turned I was being asked by Game employees whether I needed any help and this was incredible the person who stood out for me was Rani Singh from the Majors dept at one point I wondered what have I done to deserve such special attention I was completely blown away by her customer service ethic because of this team member I will certainly make this store my first port of call when I make my next purchases all my friends and family will shop here as well well done to top mangers and staff.
