Received specials brochure on the Wednesday but was only able to get to the store on Sunday. Armed with the brochure, I pointed out the item I wanted (Toshiba external drive) to the salesman who replied that the 57 units (not nearly enough stock imo for a good deal like that!) they had sold out by Thursday morning, as was the rest of the Western Cape :( He did however point out other similar products available, but hadn't brought enough cash or any of my cards with me - I need to restrain myself when going to shopping centres haha! Utterly disappointed, I went home empty-handed, but thought MAYBE the online order system worked differently & thus ordered one online for collection at the Cape Gate store I was just at. An hour after placing my order, I received a call saying that my order was ready... (perhaps they keep a certain number of units off the shelf for online orders???)
Next day my fiance went to collect it, only to be told that there was no stock. Management took over & offered him a different brand (a better one!!) at the same price as the special. Thanks Incredible Connection for sorting out my xmas gift from myself to myself!!! Great show of customer care & service :)
