I tried to get some hot chips from your deli this morning only to have to wait almost 11 minutes for the person behind the counter to serve three customers with simple requests. she moved slower than a corpse and was constantly looking out across the store instead of paying attention to what she was meant to be doing and complained loudly about how she was alone behind the counter. The cashiers are just as slow. I realize you are in a busy period but your staff acts like they are all on holiday. Your management skills seem to be are sorely lacking.
Take a feather out of Checkers cap, maybe ask them for some staff training.
