On Tuesday I went into Sportsmans Warehouse East London looking for a tent for my son. As I walked into the department I saw a young lady packing toys on a shelf, and the assistant manager packing other items. The young lady asked if I needed any assistance and I accepted which led to the assistant manager shouting at her in front of a customer and colleagues for "not doing her job" leaving her close to tears. Through all of this she still gave excellent client service, and I found what I was looking. I am NOT satisfied with the way the Assistant manager handled the situation which leads to a very bright sales assistant not being able to fulfill her duty and leaving me VERY unhappy about the way the management team handles their employees and their customers. I regret to inform you that I will never buy from your company again because I feel it is unfair towards the public AND the employees that someone should be humiliated like that in front of other people.
