TERRIBLE SERVICE - DON'T DO WORK ASKED

I bought my bike in May 2013 from Cajees Fourways and while they are friendly and give good discounts on new items their service department is severely lacking!!!
To cut a long story short, I had a cracking sound on the frame to which they wouldn't listen to what I was saying was the problem. They were sure it was the crown and stripped out the fork and sent it to Cape Town and left me without a bike for over 3 weeks. I only got it back (without being "fixed" after getting Giant SA involved).
The latest issue is a clicking sound coming from the bottom bracket that I have been tracking for a few weeks. To be nice and give them a good chance to find the problem I took my bike in on Friday afternoon (they are open on Saturday and Sundays). This gives AMPLE time to have a quick look at it. Today is Tuesday and I give them a call to see what is happening and they say they will look at it this afternoon. That makes 3 working days and they haven't even looked at it!!! At this rate I am sure I will be waiting over a week to hopefully get my bike back if past events are a reflection.
You don't pay 25K to have your bike standing in the shop for over a month of your warranty period!!!
