I took a dual suspension frame and all components (fork, groupset, etc) to Morningside Cycles to get built up. They did build the bike and installed a new headset and cable outers as requested. However, they also damaged my fork's crown with what looks to be a screwdriver and hammer, probably when they were trying to get the crown race off the steerer tube to install the new headset.
I took the bike back to Jared, he didn't really apologise but said that he would have the workshop fix it. Five days passed. I phoned for an update, Jared said he'd phone back. He never did. I needed the bike to ride it so went to go pick it up. The fork is still damaged and the original headset that was cable-tied the bike when I took it in is gone.
Do not use this bike shop. It appears they employ unskilled workers to service expensive bikes, and they ABSOLUTELY will NOT phone you back.
