I took my mountain bike in for peddle repair and wheel straightening and although I actually had to book the bike in prior to my arrival there, they took my bike when I just showed up. Being an old outdated bicycle, I didn't expect much, but they treated me like I bought in a R100k bike.
They told me that the bike can only be looked at in two days time (no problem) and I got my bike back at the time they've indicated today. Affordable price for the repairs and I will definitely go back there again.
Of the 11 friends and colleagues I've referred to them in the past, not one had something negative to say about them. 11 out of 11 for them!
Great work guys and keep it up! Great service, quick on time delivery and keeping promises is something most shops lack nowadays, but you've aced on all 11 of my referrals.
