I've bought a secondhand ZX-12R from this company about 3 weeks ago. The day I went to collect the motorcycle, they said they will deliver it to me the next day as they had to replace the fork seals, and they got the wrong ones. They will have the bike delivered to me before 9:00. This was promised by Ian and Rox from said company. Next day after a lot of calls I finally got it @ 12:00. Over the moon I got on the bike and as soon as I drove out the complex I heard a clicking sound coming from the front wheel. Since I got a warranty with the bike, I phoned them and they collected the bike the next morning. A lot of phone calls later, and they said they have to replace the fork seals and it will be ready the next day. Okay, so they to me the first time. As I used to be a motorcycle mechanic, I found that the front right disc was bent. Note: Not warped. Looked as if it was dropped on something sharp. Vowing not to take the bike back to them again, I've replaced the disc at my own cost, and asked them if they would pay half. I accept the bike is second hand, so they at least have to pay half of the amount I had to spend to have a drivable bike.
