I went riding MTB on Saturday and manage to hit a rock at speed that completely destroyed my back derailleur on my MTB bike. I went to a few cycle shops in the Westrand and none of them was able to help fix the bike. I decided to give Cajees a go and see if they can help. They said they can help see if they can fix the bike the same day. They managed to get all the parts needed to fix the damage done to the bike, the one part was not 100% correct so they took a part from one of the new bikes on the floor to get my bike repaired... I just want to say they really did go the extra mile to get the bike fixed so that I can ride the following day again. From all the cycle shops that showed me away they took the time to try and help the customer. Very happy with the service I received from this branch.
