NOT ASKING FOR MY EBUCKS CARD

I have purchased goods at Makro in the last month worth over R7000.00 and were not asked for my ebucks card. I only recently found out that they are one of the stores where you can earn ebucks. I have sent an email to their questions/feedback email address and Mmule Molopa replied the following: "We do accept ebucks card the cashier needs to swipe your card before they can ring your goods." I have replied to him that no one requested my card and that he should advise me of what they can do on their side to rectify this as it is a lot of points i'm missing out of because their cashiers are not trained to ask for the card.
