Alfs Motorcycles
Sold a broken Bike

On the 23rd February 2013 I had purchased a Phyzey 150cc Scooter from Alf's Motorcycles. I had taken the bike home less than 20km from the shop and when I got home, I sat on the pavement and noticed a massive chunk of the bike taken from the bottom of the bike fender. I emailed them with pictures of the scratch and no interest was paid as they felt the bike is no longer in their hands, so no longer their responsibility. I then was riding home on the Thrusday 28th February 2013 and while i was driving, the bike made an explosive sound and started jerking and made a massive V8 sound. I took it back, furious that i hadnt even driven 100k's on the bike and this was happening. They had taken it in and fixed both the broken fender and what ever caused the noise. Then 12 March 2013 I was leaving work to go home at 17:45 my bike didnt want to start, the starter button wasnt clicking, i then tried kicking starting it, a friend then came to help me and from 6pm til 7pm the bike would not kick start. eventually it did, we got it going but then i had driven only 4km and the bike died on me while i was riding. Alfs lacks customer service and i want a new bike or a Full refund
