I have recently utilized this website to complain about an order, which was not delivered on time and the false promises I received from the call center, as a result. These complaints were justified at the time. However, with my second order from Kalahari I was very pleasantly surprised. The book came in from overseas and since I had placed my order, the estimated delivery date was always: January 1st. Naturally, I expected it on the 2nd, only to receive it on the 24-December-13, in the afternoon.
Thank you so much, Kalahari, for this 'Christmas miracle', which made my holidays even more special.
