NO SUPERVISOR TO AUTHORISE A VOUCHER

My husband and I often shop at Crown Mines Makro and we get upset with the service level each time we visit the store. However upon our visit yesterday afternoon, we were at the electronics counter to pay for 4 items - there was no express till - WHY??? - I advised the cashier that I will be using a Makro voucher, she buzzed for a supervisor at least 3 times and asked 3 other staff members to call a supervisor, the supervisor never pitched up. One of the store managers was standing at the entrance of the electronics dept, 4 feet from me, I asked him after I used my cheque card to pay for the items, what does he intend on doing about no supervisor being able to assist me, his response was, "there is no supervisor for this counter, they are all busy and I cannot assist". WHY cant he assist, why was there a shortage of supervisors during the festive season? Is this acceptable response and behaviour from him? Why is it that time and time again the staff at this branch are so unhappy and so rude and unprofessional? Even your call centre is aware of this BUT what is being done to combat this?
