Kalahari tell us on their Ads/website that its 24hrs delivery (Dispatched within 24hrs, We offer a nxt work'g dy delivery service on selectd items in SA main centers only if orderd wkdys b4 12h00 & if the total weight of an order is undr 3kg) this we did! We orderd a CD at Kalahari (Ordr No: 1001115072/ Date:11 Dec '13). We got email on 12th to tell us (Your parcel is on its way! We are dispatching it on 12 Dec) then we are told (Estimated delivery date: 13 Dec '13 ~ Delivery will b during businss hrs so pls make sure that someone will b available 2 receive it at the addrss specified) So we wait ALL dy.By 5:30pm still no delivery. My husband called ur center gave the lady r Ord/No. She said it may arrive tmrw or Mon & that Kalahari has made no promise of 24hrs & began a big explanation of what happens 2 r Order. My husband lost it completely! He shouted at her & told her 'Do u really think, Lady, that we hav got time to sit here waiting ALL DY for 3 dys & we hav xmas shopping to do!?? ' Its what we ALWAYS get frm Customer Service in this country a load of BS &! U take r money v quickly & deliver v slowly. You've wasted r time! We will tell othrs abt ur bad CS! NEVER AGAIN!
