I recently received numerous notifications that my account is in arrears via sms from NWJ. I inquired about this and was told to safely ignore these notifications since my account is fully paid up to date and system errors do occur.
I just received a phone call from the accounts department and I spoke to one of the rudest persons I ever had the displeasure of encountering.
I duly informed her that my account is up to date and relayed the message previously given to me stating that I can ignore this. She did not listen to me and continuously told me to pay up. She eventually raised her voice to the point that I felt insulted by her.
This is absolutely unacceptable and If this is how our relationship is going to be from here on out, I will refrain from doing business with NWJ again.
