Joseph should be fired for illtreating customers

Good day, On sunday (24/02) we went to the above mentioned Primi. We ordered food that wasnt satisfactory when it arrived (my wings were cold when they arrived (& they couldnt explain why) & after they were warmed they tasted off. My friend's prawn skweres were also stale). We asked for the manager, & Joseph came. We advised him that we dont want another meal, we just want to pay for our drinks & the other food we had & leave. He then made it clear that we are to pay for the food even when we didnt eat it (we just bit into it). We made it clear we will not pay for food we arent happy with, and we rounded our bill off and paid R155 for everything else. When we were walking out, he called Mall security &we were escorted like criminals n full view of people. Ater 35 minutes of talking at the mall's management offices, Joseph said Primi's policy is that even when you arent happy with the food you have to pay for it. We went back to the store &asked for a copy of the policy, but another manager ended up saying we could leave.

Joseph was rude, he kept on threatening us, & he treated us like animals. I have never been this humiliated. We asked for his surname & they refused to give us.
