After my last complaint - AND NO RESPONSE FROM MAKRO OTHER THAN THE COPY PASTE OF WE WILL REVERT TO YOU - and then not, I vowed not to shop at makro ever again... unfortunately I tried again yesterday against my better judgement and what a surprise I got when I got to the till, 3 items that I could remember the price of were overcharged!! how many other items that I didn't remember or check the price were also over charged and how many customers do they do this to, I'm sure this is illegal according to the consumer protection act, and I will be contacting them later today to lay a complaint as well as posting an article in every major newspaper about this!
I'm sick and tired of shops ripping customers off and trying to make more money, we are the reason you are in business but you treat us so poorly . not even one person could apologies and treated us as if we were trying to get a discount when the items were clearly marked at the correct price.
If you have nothing to say in regards to this as you are probably fully aware of this dodgy practice, please don't even bother to copy and paste your standard response to me!!
