I would like to thank HELLOPETER because Beares customer service consultant has responded to my complain & I was advised to go buy the bedroom-suite with the amount that was displayed on it. I still need bears to take action on the way that the sales lady lebo jongilanga and the manager oscar treated me. The sale lady was swearing at me saying I am talking nonsense, that I'm a straat mate and that I'm a Jananda (Indian). The manager was also roode and very, I mean extremely unprofessional. If beares is not attending to this manner of treatment I was offered that means thats how their staff members were trained to treat their customers and I will take this matter to the media including The Star, City Press, Sunday Times etc.
