I went to boardmans in Melrose arch this evening to buy a George forman grill. I asked for the grill and they went to check stock. they came back and said the one on display is the last one they have. I did not want the display unit as it looked used. I asked if they could order one for me and was told that they can't do that as it is a promo item and they don't send promo items. WHY DISPLAY AN ITEM IF YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK AND ARE NOT WILLING TO GET MORE STOCK FOR A CUSTOMER THAT WANTS TO BUY IT??
