I would like to thank the Manager - Mrs Lebo Mofokeng for arranging to get the Tune-Up Uitlity 2013 Version, for me item no - 83212 at Northgate, what a joy to do business with, she said I should receive it by Tuesday, But then I thought seen I was at Northgate let me just walk in and maybe the item is their, So the security person was the only person who greeted me and asked if I need assistance, she called a person by the name of Philip, whom body language told me He doesn't want to assist and walks to me with hands in pockets, no form of respect for a customer at all, so I asked him is the item perhaps here, he replied no, so I said can you check for me because Lebo was arranging it for me, he replied its not here, So I could see he wasn't interested at all, and went to the back and another lady assisted me and was very helpful, I thanked her, and she said it should be there on Tuesday.
I wrote on Hellopeter because there is no email address on the Website to complain, and I am not phoning a call center especially when you have to pay for a call.
