On the 27th of June 2013 I bought Nike Fields Trainer Navy Tekkies for my Husband, and he did not wear them for long and after washing them for the first time the colour changed and now they look like they were bought two years ago. I went to Edgars The Grove in Pretoria today 25.09.13, to lodge a complaint in order to be helped by a way of exchange or refund and the Manager by the Surname of Motsomi dismissed by complaint and told me that their guarantee has lapsed since the shoes were bought in June and he told me that if I bought the last month he was going to exchange them.
This is ridiculous to pay for Sneakers with a brand named Nike at a big store Edgars, for a price of R639.96 and the colour only last 3 months.
I'm starting to doubt if Edgars is really selling Quality sneakers to their customers.
To me all he is saying is that I must wash their Sneakers within a month after buying to prove if their products are not of inferior quality.
