To Whom it may concern,
I have contacted CNA customer care on 0860262289 on Monday 9-12-2013 and the consultant told me that my order will be by me at the latest Friday. He took my home address and told me that he will hand it to the couriers. Today 13-12-2013, I call and speak to Sipho who now tells me that they do not have my address yet I have also placed an alternative address on system. Sipho proceeded to make contact with his supervisor where he then cut the call.
I have since made several calls and every time someone picks up the call they drop it.
Unfortunately, i am unable to get hold of CNA call centre in order to cancel or get my order.
Kindly find attached letter of demand for the attention of CNA
