I had ordered two Bottles of Heidi Klum Shine and a Bottle of Issey Miyake Perfume from Takelot during the Black Friday Special. The perfume was obviously on sale and there was no mention as to limited stock. I ordered this on the 26th November 2013 and received a response on the 12 December 2013 that the stock has been depleted so i either need to choose an alternative product or receive a credit refund on my account. This is absolutely ridiculous Takealots responsibility is to make sure that they NEVER oversell a product. If you have paid for something you expect It to be delivered, to add insult to injury takelot had a delivery date as the 27th December 2013.I was then contacted today 13 December 2013 stating that my Issey Miyake was found locally and is being shipped however Heidi Klum cannot be found i asked to have it reordered at the same price i paid i was then told that there is no Guarantee that the supplier will have stock next year??? Yet Takelot is still selling the Heidi Klum perfume on their website. The only thing i get is a useless apology what does that fix??? STOP selling products that you don't have false advertising eventually catches up on you!!!
