Ad service and incompetence

We were disappointed to go into Edgars Denlyn Mall along Tsamaya road in mamelodi, pretoria on the 03rd december only to regret visiting the branch. We called the manager seeing that there was 1 person only in customer service and there was a bit of a queue, instead of apologizing and making sure we are getting helped, the manager preferred to get into a shouting match with me, even though I wasnt shouting. We got to the counter and informed the clerk that we didnt have the card and we wanted to pay. This we have done several times across edgars stores and we would be told how much the statement requires us to pay. This lady however could not ascertain that from her machine. We had to leave the store not having made a payment as the lady failed at what we have seen numerous times being done in other stores.
