Nobody needs to be treated like this

I bought two shirts from Edgars, Mall @ Reds. They overcharged me. I went back to the cashier and stood in the queue. When the clients finished with the "person" at the service point I went to the point and the lady told me me very rudely, "I am Closed" I said but could you help me anyway because I stood in the queue and YOU overcharged me and she replied with I told you I am closed. I asked her to see the manager, she said no problem. The manager came to me and told the lady to help me. She refused and made a big story out of the situation. She was shouting, complaining and telling the other customers that I did not stand in the queue.

I phoned the store, I phoned the region, head office and customer services. Not a single person responded to my complaint.

It seems to be true what the other people say on the internet. Edgars Customer Care does not care.
