Horrible Service

Hi,

We went to dial a bed (Stonridge Branch) on Thursday last week and bought a bed that i asked them to deliver to my house on 26 Mar 2013.

The person who we dealt with said to us that they had stock of the Sealy Double Bed and that they will deliver it on the 26th.

Today I get a phone call that they don't have stock and will only be able to get stock of the bed in 10 Working days.

I already paid the R265 for the delivery cost and also already paid for the bed in full.

This delivery needs to take place on the 26th. Please can someone sort this out as this is a problem for me if I dont have the bed on the appropriate date.

I phoned general enquiries and the lady said to me that she will phone the branch and find out what the story is and get back to me. This has not been done yet, so someone needs to do something about this urgently!
