Refusal to refund on overpaid accounts

I have posted here on HP in Dec 12 about the matter of Joshua Doore who owes me money on overpaid accounts. I have since been in contact with them, And forwarded all docs through to them as per their request regarding the matter. They Know that they owe me money. They know very well that they are in the wrong. They suggest that they will ONLY pay me 50% of the amount which I posted as the total due. The amount has since been ammended as per an independent auditors report to tripple (3x) the amount, excluding costs. They refuse to pay me my money which is due to me. This makes me wonder how many other customers experienced the same with them. How many other customers money did they take illegally and refuse to pay it back. They owe me money which they have deducted unlawfully. There handling of the matter is what frustrates me most. They dragged the matter 2012 to 2013 and now they still dont want to pay my money. This is really NOT acceptable and this from a multinational of their magnitude. I do NOT recommend anybody to do business or purchase from them. The word of mouth from myself about them will only be bad. A nightmare experience. This is a big NO!!! NO!!! NO!!!
