I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF JOSHUA DOORE, I AM VERY UNHAPPY OF THEIR SERVICE, AND I AM VERY UPSET AND FEEL THE BUSINESS I HAVE GIVEN THEM IS UNAPPRECIATED, I AM WITH THEM SINCE 2009 AND I NEVER RECIEVE ANY GOOD SERVICE FROM DAY ONE.
I PURCHASED A LOUNGE SUITE WORTH R36 000.00, OF WHICH I HAVE BEEN PAYING OFF. IN DECEMBER 2012 I WAS TOLD THAT MY BALANCE IS R11000, THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WAS SETTLED JANUARY 2013. I AM CONSTANTLY BEING HARRASED BY CALL CENTRE PEOPLE ASKING ME FOR THE MONEY WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID.AND I WAS TOLD THEY WILL FOLLOW UP ON MY PROFILE TO CHECK WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT, AND SO FAR I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE, INSTEAD THEY LAUGHING AT ME AT THE BRANCH WHEN IM CALLING THEM, AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR LONG.I REALLY DONT APPRECIATE THIS SERVICE AND WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM JOSHUA DOORE AGAIN.I WONT EVEN REFER ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM.
