I was initially quite cranky at not getting some kind of ETA from SACamera after ordering a pair of headphones on Wednesday. When I called it sounded like there were various December-related issues that would result in a delivery a week later, and I felt somewhat rushed off the phone.
However, Natalie turned the situation around, despite having to deal with my by-now very irritable self. She got them shipped asap when she could have just let me stew. Thank you, Natalie - much appreciated.
