Deduction on the wrong date

My payments is due on the 25 of each month. My account already has been deducted on the 25 November. Today i noticed that they deducted my account again! when phoning the agent stated she cant do anything for me as it doest not show on their side yet and i need to phone again tomorrow. I find this Unacceptable as now my account has been deducted with a payment that is only due on the 25 .which make things worse is that they don't know if I will get my money back? I need to know if this money will be reversed?
