I love Kalahari.co, I really do. Recently however I'm not totally happy with the time it takes them or their courier to deliver my parcels. If I purchase a product in the morning and the estimated delivery time is 24 hours, I expect to receive my parcell the next day which is 24 hours. However lately I have to wait for between 48 and 72 hours to receive my parcels. My point is that if the parcel will take more than 24 hours before it is delivered, please don't put 24 hours as the estimated delivery time. I stay in Joburg CDB, thus there's no three working days grace period which applies for people outside main centres. So I expect to receive my parcell the following day. (If payment and order were confirmed in the morning as in this case)
